Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend is a weekly podcast hosted by American comedian and retired talk show host Conan O'Brien. It is co-hosted by O'Brien's assistant, Sona Movsesian, and producer, Matt Gourley. In April 2024, a four-episode international travel series titled Conan O'Brien Must Go was released on Max. The series features O'Brien meeting various fans in person whom he had previously featured via video calls in the Conan O'Brien Needs a Fan sub-series of the podcast.
