The song was written by Combs himself, Mike Winans, Scherzinger, Jacoby White, Shay Winans, Shannon "Slam" Lawrence, Roger Greene Jr., Richard Frierson and Yakubu Izuagbe with production held by Jai and Younglord.

Not to be confused with Come with Me (Puff Daddy song).
