Colliget
The Kulliyat (full name: al-Kulliyat fi al-Tibb, "The General Principles of Medicine"), mostly known by its Latin translation as Colliget, is a medical encyclopedia written by the Andalusian polymath Averroes. The title of the book is opposite to al-Juz'iyyat fi al-Tibb ("The Specificities of Medicine"), written by his friend Ibn Zuhr, and the two collaborated with the intention of making each book complement the other. Written between 1153 and 1169, the Colliget was eventually translated into Hebrew and Latin and it became a widely used textbook used in Europe up until the 18th century.
