Colin Lingwood Mallows
Colin Lingwood Mallows (10 September 1930 – 4 November 2023) was an English statistician, who worked in the United States from 1960. He was known for Mallows's Cp, a regression model diagnostic procedure, widely used in regression analysis and the Fowlkes–Mallows index, a popular clustering validation criterion.
