Clarence Richard Silva
Clarence Richard Silva (born August 6, 1949), known as Larry Silva, is an American prelate of the Catholic Church who has been serving as bishop of the Diocese of Honolulu in Hawaii since 2005.

Silva is the first priest born in Hawaii to become bishop of Honolulu and the second one of Portuguese/Azorean ancestry. Prior to becoming a bishop, Silva served as vicar general of the Diocese of Oakland.
