Cielo Rusinque
Cielo Elainne Rusinque Urrego (C. 1962/1964) is a Colombian lawyer, teacher and political activist. She serves as General Director of Social Prosperity from 2023 to 2024 and currently serves as Superintendent of Industry and Commerce.
