Chwee kueh
Chwee kueh (Chinese: 水粿; pinyin: shuǐguǒ; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: chúi-kóe; lit. 'water rice cake'), also spelt chwee kweh, is a type of steamed rice cake originating in Teochew cuisine that is served with preserved radish.
