Chip Mellor
William H. "Chip" Mellor (born December 31, 1950) is a co-founder of the Institute for Justice, its former president and general counsel, and now the chairman of its board of directors. During his career as the Institute's General Counsel, Mellor pursued constitutional litigation in four areas: economic liberty, property rights, school choice, and free speech.
