Cheikh Hadjibou Soumaré
Cheikh Hadjibou Soumaré (born 24 October 1951) was Prime Minister of Senegal from 2007 to 2009 and Chairman of the Commission of the West African Economic and Monetary Union from 2011 to 2016.
