Charles Penrose (Royal Navy officer)
Vice-Admiral Sir Charles Vinicombe Penrose KCB KCMG (20 June 1759 – 1 January 1830) was a Royal Navy officer who went on to be Commander-in-Chief, Mediterranean Fleet.
