Charles Mullins (physician executive)

Charles Brown Mullins is an American physician and the Ashbel Smith Emeritus Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. A cardiologist, Mullins served as the director of clinical cardiology and the cardiac catheterization lab at Parkland Hospital. Later, he was the executive vice chancellor for health affairs at the University of Texas System and the chief executive officer at Parkland.
