Charles Manners-Sutton, 1st Viscount Canterbury

Charles Manners-Sutton, 1st Viscount Canterbury, GCB, PC (9 January 1780 – 21 July 1845) was a British Tory politician who served as Speaker of the House of Commons from 1817 to 1835.
