Charles L. Cotton
Charles L. Cotton (born November 28, 1949) is an American attorney and gun rights advocate who has served as president of the National Rifle Association of America (NRA) since 2021. Cotton is also the moderator of TexasCHLForum.com, an online discussion forum about gun ownership.
