Charles D. Baker (businessman)
Charles Duane Baker III (born June 21, 1928) is an American businessman and government official. He served in several departmental roles in the Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan administrations, including Under Secretary of Health and Human Services (1984โ1985). He is the father of the former Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker.
