Charles Alphonse Pantaléon Pelletier

Sir Charles Alphonse Pantaléon Pelletier, KCMG PC (January 22, 1837 April 29, 1911) was a Canadian lawyer, militia officer, politician, publisher, judge, and the ninth Lieutenant Governor of Quebec.
