Cham Khalaf-e Isa Rural District (Persian: دهستان چم خلف عیسی) is in Cham Khalaf-e Isa District of Hendijan County, Khuzestan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Zahreh (formerly the village of Cham Khalaf-e Isa).
