Chả lụa
Chả lụa (Saigon: [ca᷉ lûˀə]) or giò lụa (Hanoi: [zɔ̂ lûˀə]) is the most common type of sausage in Vietnamese cuisine, made of pork and traditionally wrapped in banana leaves.
