Cesar Ramos (baseball)
Cesar Ramos (born June 22, 1984) is an American former professional baseball pitcher and the current pitching coach for the Philadelphia Phillies. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the San Diego Padres, Tampa Bay Rays, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and Texas Rangers. Before playing professionally, Ramos played college baseball at Long Beach State University.
