Certa (oil)
Certa Ireland (formerly Emo) is an Irish oil distribution brand that is based in Portlaoise, Republic of Ireland. The Certa Ireland brand is owned and operated by DCC Plc which also has operations in Northern Ireland where it maintains the Emo brand. The Certa brand was introduced in September 2022 out of the amalgamation of the former Irish brands, Jones Oil, Emo Oil, Campus Oil, CC Lubricants and Source Lubrication Solutions.
