Central District (Hirmand County)
The Central District of Hirmand County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان هیرمند) is in Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Dust Mohammad.

After the 2006 National Census, Miyan Kongi District was separated from Zabol County in the establishment of Hirmand County, which was divided into two districts and five rural districts, with Dust Mohammad as its capital and only city at the time.
The census in 2011 counted 50,927 people in 11,615 households. At the latest census in 2016, the district had 50,787 inhabitants in 13,067 households.
