Catherine M. Russell
Catherine Mary Russell (born March 4, 1961) is an American attorney and political adviser who is the current Executive Director of UNICEF. Russell previously served as Director of the White House Presidential Personnel Office, United States Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women's Issues, and Chief of Staff to then-Second Lady of the United States Jill Biden.
