Carol Danvers is a fictional character portrayed primarily by Brie Larson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) media franchise—based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name—commonly known by her alias, Captain Marvel. She was subsequently transformed into a Human-Kree hybrid via blood transfusion and renamed Vers.
