Carlos Ramiro Martínez
Carlos Ramiro Martínez Alvarado (born 13 September 1958) is a Guatemalan diplomat serving as the minister of foreign affairs of Guatemala since 15 January 2024. He previously served as the ambassador to Argentina and Paraguay.
