Carl Erik Mannerheim

Carl Erik Mannerheim (14 December 1759 15 January 1837) was a SwedishFinnish soldier, statesman and member of the Senate of Finland as its first Vice Chairman of the Economic Division, an office corresponding to that of the modern Prime Minister.
