Caleb P. Barns
Caleb Paul Barns (January 12, 1812 – October 29, 1866) was an American lawyer, businessman, and Wisconsin pioneer. He served two terms in the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing western Racine County during the 1850 and 1855 sessions.
