Byala Slatina (Bulgarian: Бяла Слатина pronounced [ˈbʲaɫɐ ˈsɫatinɐ]) is a town in Northwestern Bulgaria. It is located in Vratsa Province. As of December 2016, the town has a population of 10,282 inhabitants.
