Buin Zahra County (Persian: شهرستان بوئینزهرا) is in Qazvin province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Buin Zahra.

At the 2006 census, the county's population was 153,873 in 38,377 households. The following census in 2011 counted 164,723 people in 47,029 households. At the 2016 census, the county's population was 122,994 in 36,814 households, by which time Abgarm and Avaj Districts had been separated from the county in the establishment of Avaj County, which was divided into two districts and five rural districts, with the city of Avaj as its capital.
