Brian Leung Kai-ping
Brian Leung Kai-ping (Chinese: 梁繼平; born 21 June 1994) is a Hongkongese localism scholar, current affairs critic, former editor-in-chief of Undergrad, and one of the editors of Hong Kong Ethnic Theory. He is responsible for writing the article Controversy over the Removal of CSSA and the Local Political Community. In his early years, he studied at Pok Oi Hospital Chan Kwok Wai Primary School and Carmel Divine Grace Foundation Secondary School. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a double degree in political science and law and went to Sciences Po in Paris, France as an exchange student. He is currently pursuing a PhD in political science at the University of Washington.
