Bredinsky District
Bredinsky District (Russian: Брединский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the south of the oblast. The area of the district is 5,076 square kilometers (1,960 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a settlement) of Bredy. Population: 28,498 (2010 Census); 33,039 (2002 Census); 30,750 (1989 Census). The population of Bredy accounts for 33.2% of the district's total population.
