Borkhar-e Markazi Rural District

Borkhar-e Markazi Rural District (Persian: دهستان برخوار مركزی) is in the Central District of Borkhar County, Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Mohsenabad.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of Borkhar District of the former Borkhar and Meymeh County) was 8,721 in 2,216 households. There were 3,821 inhabitants in 1,140 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Borkhar County. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,271 in 1,318 households. The most populous of its 23 villages was Mohsenabad, with 4,217 people.
