Boris Balashov
Boris Aleksandrovich Balashov (Russian: Бори́с Алекса́ндрович Балашо́в; 7 December 1927 – 20 January 1974) was Editor-in-Chief of the Soviet magazine "Filateliya SSSR" ("Philately of the USSR").
