Bobby Dobbs

Robert Lee Dobbs (October 13, 1922 – April 2, 1986) was an American gridiron football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at the University of Tulsa from 1955 to 1960 and the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) from 1965 to 1972. Dobbs was also the head coach for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL) rom 1961 to 1965.
