Billy Ray (screenwriter)
Billy Ray (born 1962) is an American screenwriter and film director. He is widely considered to be one of the most in-demand screenwriters working in Hollywood at the moment. He began writing for television and movies in 1994 with Color of Night. He has written numerous films including Captain Phillips (2013) and Richard Jewell (2019).
