Bill Pertwee
William Desmond Anthony Pertwee, MBE (21 July 1926 – 27 May 2013) was an English actor and comedian. He is best remembered for playing Chief ARP Warden Hodges in Dad's Army and P.C. Wilson in You Rang, M'Lord?.
