Bilavar District
Bilavar District (Persian: بخش بیلوار) is in Kermanshah County, Kermanshah province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Qaleh.

After the 2006 National Census, Posht Darband Rural District and Razavar Rural District were separated from the Central District in the establishment of Bilavar District.
The census in 2011 counted 18,605 people in 5,006 households. At the latest census in 2016, the district had 17,069 inhabitants in 4,979 households.
