Bibalan
Bibalan (Persian: بي بالان), also Romanized as Bībālān; also known as Bībālān-e Pā’īn, is a village in, and the capital of, Bibalan Rural District of Kelachay District, Rudsar County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,172 in 375 households. The following census in 2011 counted 1,051 people in 374 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 959 people in 357 households.
