Bhupen Kumar Borah
Bhupen Kumar Borah (born 30 October 1970) is an Indian National Congress politician from Assam and president of the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee since 2021. He was previously a two-term member of the Assam Legislative Assembly representing Bihpuria from 2006 to 2016.
