Beth Phinney
Elizabeth "Beth" Phinney (born June 19, 1938) is a former Canadian politician. She was a member of the House of Commons of Canada from 1988 until her retirement in 2005, representing the riding of Hamilton Mountain in Ontario for the Liberal Party.
