Charles H. Johnston

Rear Admiral (Upper Half) Charles Herbert Johnston Jr., United States Navy (born 1948), was appointed Vice Commander of the Naval Air Systems Command, (NAVAIR) at NAS Patuxent River, Maryland in December 2001.
