Bely (Russian: Бе́лый) is a town and the administrative center of Belsky District in Tver Oblast, Russia. It is located on the Obsha River. Population: 3,772(2010 Census); 4,350(2002 Census); 5,228(1989 Census); 6,900 (1897).
