Behshahr

Behshahr (Persian: بِهْشَهْر, romanized: Behšahr; and Mazanderani: بِهْشَهْر, romanized: Behšahr) is a city in the Central District of Behshahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district. It is located at the foot of the Alborz mountains, approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) east of Sari and 80 kilometres (50 mi) west of Gorgan.
