Basil Thampi
Basil Thampi (born 11 September 1993) is an Indian cricketer who represents Kerala in the domestic cricket. He is a right-handed batsman and right-arm fast-medium pacer. He made his IPL debut for Gujarat Lions in the 2017 Indian Premier League and was named the "Emerging player of the season". He got his maiden Indian national team call up in the T20I series against Zimbabwe in 2017. On 17 May 2018, playing for SRH Thampi conceeded 70 runs in 4 overs vs RCB and became the bowler to conceed most runs in an IPL match.
