Barbara L. Kelly

Barbara Lucy Kelly (born 2 June 1966) is a musicologist specializing in 19th- and early 20th-century French music, an area in which she is widely regarded as a leading authority. She has dual UK and Irish citizenship. She is the Head of School of Music and Professor of Music at the University of Leeds and is currently the first female President of the Royal Musical Association (2021–2023).
