Bai Qingcai
Bai Qingcai (Chinese: 白清才; pinyin: Bái Qīngcái; November 1932 – 6 November 2016) was a Chinese politician who served as governor of Shaanxi from 1990 to 1994 and party branch secretary of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, he served as vice governor of Shanxi.
