2024 Badakhshan Dassault Falcon 10 crash
On 20 January 2024, a plane carrying six people crashed in the Kuf Ab District of Afghanistan's Badakhshan Province killing two of its occupants. The flight operated by a Dassault Falcon 10 was bound for Moscow from Thailand with a refueling stop in India. The crash was the first fatal air accident in Afghanistan since 2020.
