Baba Gerd Ali (Persian: باباگردعلي), also Romanized as Bābā Gerd ‘Alī; also known as Bābā Kord ‘Alī, is a village in Kuhnani Rural District of Kuhnani District, Kuhdasht County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,394 in 304 households. The following census in 2011 counted 1,380 people in 351 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,265 people in 365 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
