Atan, Iran

Atan (Persian: اتان), also Romanized as Ātān and Etān, is a village in Alamut-e Pain Rural District, Alamut-e Sharqi District, Qazvin County, Qazvin province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 316 in 111 households. The following census in 2011 counted 248 people in 102 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 379 people in 148 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
