Asfyj Rural District

Asfyj Rural District (Persian: دهستان اسفيج) is in Asfyj District of Behabad County, Yazd province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Asfyj.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of Behabad District of Bafq County) was 2,070 in 525 households. There were 2,127 inhabitants in 653 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Behabad County. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,064 in 714 households. The most populous of its 61 villages was Asfyj, with 619 people.
