Arvīds Pelše
Arvīds Pelše (Russian: А́рвид Я́нович Пе́льше, Arvid Yanovich Pelshe; 7 February [O.S. 26 January] 1899 – 29 May 1983) was a Latvian Soviet politician, functionary, and historian.
