Arsinoë of Cyprus

In Greek mythology Arsinoë (Ancient Greek: Ἀρσινόη, romanized: Arsinóē pronounced [arsinóɛː]) is a Cypriot princess who was punished by the goddess of love Aphrodite for turning down a potential suitor named Arceophon.
